About Divergently

When our founder received a late ADHD diagnosis, she discovered she wasn't alone. Millions of neurodivergent women were navigating their diagnoses without proper support, resources, or community.

Frankly, that's unacceptable. We deserve better.

That's why we created Divergently - a resource platform and private network designed specifically for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women's experiences and needs.

Our mission

We exist to combat stigma, reshape systems, and give neurodivergent women a space to process their experience and heal in community. Our goal is to make the world a less prickly place to be.

How we're different

  • Expert-curated information: Everything we share is carefully curated from trusted institutions, licensed clinicians, and science-based practices presented in clear, actionable language you can actually use.
  • Healing happens in community: Navigating a new diagnosis is hard enough. Doing it alone is even harder. Community is the next evolution of health and wellness and we're here for it!
  • Moderated & vetted space: We prioritize personal referrals and require applications to keep our space free from bots and trolls. Our space is also moderated by mental health and community professionals to help ensure our space remains safe, supportive, and free from medical misinformation.

Our approach

We believe neurodiversity is a valuable uniqueness, even when it is disabling. While we acknowledge the real challenges our community faces, we advocate for an optimistic conversation that eliminates shame and stigma. Our content focuses on practical tools and strategies to help you thrive, delivered in a way that respects your lived experience.
